Drug use in the BL Community

Posted by Sheikh on 2024-June-10 12:35:17, Monday

It is known that drug or substance abuse happens with people in our community. A lot of us know the pain we go through from time to time and how we feel about societies outlook on us. You can’t let drugs or whatever substance get in the way of your love for boys. Especially if you already have a Young Friend already in your life, imagine how he would feel seeing you intoxicated. If you don’t have one and beat yourself up about it by using, you think you will ever get a that special friend. Do you want boys to see you as the drunk or drug user, probably not.

I have been down this road in my early years and I know the damage it can cause in all types of relationships. Now I’m in recovery and doing good, and people are forgiving, even my last YF that saw me in those days is proud of me. It’s been a rough road but I’m here alive to live as a proud BL and maybe be able to help others who been down this road.

If you struggle with substance abuse please keep in mind there is help out there and think about how a boy may react to your using. Set a good example and get clean. It worked for me and it why wouldn’t it work for you.
