Neither buying nor selling even "legal" images of underage nudity is safe, unless you have the (unusual) technical skills necessary to absolutely hide your identity while making/receiving payment. And from your question, I see that you don't.

If someone shares free of charge one legal image file containing under-age nudity with you only once, and you use TOR, then you're probably safe.

But if you begin to trust that person, it may lead to a sting operation by the police, and you can get in BIG trouble!

It is best not to get involved in that sort of thing.

So, don't do it.
