BC's last titular webmaster -- (not the poet, although he probably would have agreed.)

Dylan had (has? who knows?) an unusually incisive mind about everything but himself and his situation.

His point - relevant for this discussion and as you rightly note relevant for all kinds of other issues too (e.g., Gaza/ Biden's plummeting poll numbers)-- is, to quote him precisely, that "people with nothing to lose will eventually begin to act like people with nothing to lose."
