I don't know if I see the past with rose colored glasses. I think we were better back then or maybe just young and naive :) A lot of shit has happened since then and I am a survivor.

I thought about answering that post but anything that I had to say would have certainly been redundant and I am not sure that it wouldn't have been trite as well.

The last time I answered a post of that nature, I was accused of being old and out of touch and, as you said,... just spouting platitudes. I admit, it did make me reluctant to do so again.

I was likely wrong not to try.........
