How about welfare checking the children?

All chatter's IP addresses could be handed over to their local authorities for a welfare check. Nothing intrusive, just welfare checking the chatter's household members and community members. No victim (including child porn), no problem, but if they find one victim wouldn't that be worth a few pedophiles being subject to their technology being examined and community members being questioned?

This would only be applicable to the BCers who visit BC without a VPN or on the tiny screen of their mobile phones. Those who use tor wouldn't be included in any welfare checks unless they volunteered their location, unless a dedicated investigator linked to another website such as YouTube or rutracker.org to entice chatters to click on a javascript exploit. You never know, someone may have been collecting IP addresses for some time now, preparing for an eventual massive welfare check of all of us.
