I recently heard a modern remix of an old song.. sounded good enough (because it had the original stuff in it), official video a bit so-so, but the original song was better on both counts. 1978.. makes it 46 years old.. and still better than half the trash out there today. As far as I'm concerned, the lyrics could be dual-purpose too.. being generically love-related.


Strange story for the day:

I have a co-worker who thinks of beer all fucking day long.. quite obsessed he is. Drives people crazy with repetitive talk about beer, ugly sex talk, and silly stuff. But he also sometimes comes up with quite random stuff too. Today he mentions something that sent my memory into a tailspin.. something I used to see advertised in comic books about 50 years ago. Apparently they're still for sale today.. his daughters managed to buy some somewhere.
