You COULD have had the courtesy to read the linked article, but you have previously said you rarely follow posted links. So you put the onus on me to provide the relevant facts.

"The Public Order Act, which completed its passage into law in May, prohibits “influence” in an area of 150 meters (490 feet) around all abortion facilities in England and Wales."

She WAS praying outside the abortion facility, and admitted to it.

It was her SECOND TIME to have done so (the first time, along with a priest, she was arrested as well, but the charges were dismissed).

Within weeks, she returned and prayed again, knowing that it was/may have been illegal.

Your post did not give enough detail, which is what I was complaining about. You made the situation sound too simple.
