In Brisbane there is a free-to-air TV channel called World Movies which as the name suggests, brings top movies from around the world 24/7. I saw this there but I really can't find it anywhere else either.

The film was largely produced by the South Australian Film Corporation in conjunction with Afghan film-makers and also staff from Iran. It won the major film award at the famous Adelaide Arts Festival and was also highly acclaimed at the Tokyo Film Festival in 2020.

Manny please come online and help locate it. I want people here to see it. It is a cinematic masterpiece, partly an anti-war film, partly a celebration of Afghan culture, partly an exploration of the beautiful countryside surrounding Kabul, and for a boy lover, an opportunity to see a gorgeous, untrained 9 year old act as if he owned the set.

That tiny, unexpected, clip at the end has almost shocked me into changing my feelings about Australia. Although I have strong socialist leanings, I am as patriotic about Australia as is possible, but this clip has succeeded in putting a dent in that.

Manny, hurry online and perform your magic and find this film for everyone please.
