I don't mean to sound condescending, but your mother can't actually stop you from walking out the door and living a little. Maybe start with something small that won't freak her out so much like the local park or convenience store. Sure, she might give you some heat for it, but it all depends how much that freedom is worth to you. Maybe you're worried that she'll take your phone or maybe even call the cops and report you as a runaway... only you know how far she'll go and how much is safe to push the limits. Maybe an occasional stroll is worth going phoneless once in a while. And if she does threaten to send you to juvie or whatever, tell her that's where people get raped! (this is also a good excuse for letting you keep your phone just in case of emergency). Just do whatever seems reasonable to you and if she reacts unreasonably, just play it cool and don't react to any nonsense.

Freedom cannot be handed to you. It is for those who assert it. Everyone else is just a sheep.
