Like Donna Summer I work hard for my money. If I can make it from the East Side of Cleveland to a reasonable successful life with a nice home in a great quiet safe neighborhood then ANYBODY can. And yes...I do have some disdain for those who blame everything and everyone else but themselves for their failures and/or lazyness...

All it takes is ambition, initiative, and desire....along with putting in the work and the willingness to learn.

And you know what? I have absolutely no regrets whatsoever...
