Willingness and harmlessness.

The age of consent should be lowered gradually, until it is abolished. Consent should be understand as "simple consent" or "willingness" to participate. If the child is up to it and was not pressured or bribed, things are okay. Exception: if the child is harmed by an act, even if the act was consensual, it should still be considered a crime.

Harm can be physical, mental or social. Physical harm is: death, illness, pain. Mental harm is: anger, sadness, lower school performance. Social harm is: shame, embarrassment and pregnancy.

That being said, the act must be willingly engaged in and must be harmless.
