Mild:
Allow/Expand close-in-age/Romeo + Juliet exceptions

Lower universal age of consent slightly (e.g. from 18 to 16, from 16 to 14)

Moderate:
Remove mandatory reporting laws (say they endanger children and don't let professionals do their jobs)

Children have to file a complaint themselves (not parents or someone else)

Lower age of consent significantly (e.g. from 18 to 12)

Radical:
Abolish age of consent completely

Get rid of all sex/rape laws (not really suggesting it, but it would be radical)
