Saying "I dont believe you" is not punitive. Saying "I dont want to give you these drugs/give you this surgery" is not punitive. You think that anything that doesnt go with your narrative is punitive. It isnt. And telling them to "man up" or "women up" is not an option. Why do you keep bringing up this strawman.
