What about AI giving voice to positive memories?

AI isn't just for pictures anymore. Now they're using AI to generate boys' voices too... creepily enough, to put words into the mouths of dead shooting victims. But how long before we could use this to generate boys' voices (and video?) to give voice to testimonials of loved boys as documented in sources like Positive Memories by Titus Rivas?
