Correction

The timeline:
  1. 2004: Brian Peck convicted of sex with a minor.
  2. 2021: Drake Bell convicted of grooming a minor.
  3. 2024: Drake Bell to accuse Brian Peck of sexual abuse in Quiet on Set.
In my analysis I reordered 1 and 2 when I suggested that in response to being convicted, Bell targeted Peck. We don't know (yet) whom Peck was convicted having sex with. If it turns out not to be Bell, then my analysis is correctly ordered. If it turns out that Peck was convicted for Bell, then the analysis is out of order.

However, I think my analysis stands, as my point is that Bell is attempting to revive his credibility by playing a public victim role. This is true either way.
