Particularly those who are military nerds and aficionados of the American Civil War, CSA stands for the Confederate States of America...the eleven rebellious Southern states that seceded from the Union in 1861 and were led by Jefferson Davis....

(.....and they cried like little girls when Mr Lincoln spanked them good and proper - back into the Union along with taking their slaves away....)
