Prison question

Matthew Zakrzewski was sentenced to like 700 years in prison. However his parole date is in 10 years.

Does that mean it's possible for him to serve 10 years out of a 700 year sentence?

What are the odds he gets paroled next decade?

What are the odds that he is put into a mental hospital instead after getting parole?
