The CIA doesn't investigate CP. You might have meant the FBI or DHS.

I am aware about the "hashes" but only know about cases where hashes were used to identify CP preps when they stupidly uploaded their collection onto cloud-based systems like Dropbox. Dropbox scans for CP. I don't think the hash is used as a beacon to alert LEO. The internet is flooded with CP.

Regarding international travel, true they can search your files but that's rare. You'd have to be pretty sketchy like being a single man visiting South East Asia with dildos and My Little Pony toys.

I must have seen a different video because the one I saw was not obscene. There are movies on YouTube that are far more risqué. I just saw one about the last two survivors on Earth (woman and a super cute 8yo blonde boy) and in one scene she washes his balls with her her bare hand and it was up close. It's been on YouTube for 10 years.

And you can remove anything from your computer with a hammer.
