Don't know what country this is from, but the story seems to be that he's always wanted an accordion and finally gets one, and learns to play it pretty quick!

There seems to be something special about boys and accordions in these countries, maybe it's just considered a suitable instrument for boys to play or something. I think this subject was discussed on another forum long ago (called boylover/lovers.net/org or something) and there were a lot of similar videos posted there.
