Actually the International Child Sexual Exploitation Image Database, but that wouldn't fit. Wonder if they have job openings. ("Must be detail-oriented....")

That's from a recent research article by Finkelhor and co-conspirators (long introduction and snippets available online, linked below). "Making a list, checking it twice." Seasonally appropriate.

And since in the next few years all this will become indistinguishable from AI, how exactly do they figure they are going to turn off the spigot?

There is arguably some dissonance in using the term “child sexual abuse images” (CSAI) to apply to all these contexts involving youth self-made images. CSAI has strong conceptual roots in the scenarios of adult-produced images made to record conventional child sexual abuse episodes. It is potentially misleading to use the term CSAI when the image was originally produced by youth in affection or romance, but later misused.
