Oh, ok, so you must be against this then, since its discrimination. Why are you not advocating for the removal of this discrimination?

But I do. I advocate for adults to have the same protections in criminal justice as children, and for all ages being forced to undergo medical treatment if necessary to save their life, unless they're fine with dying. So I'd advocate for the abolition of the death penalty, not extending it to minors.

This is irrelevant as to whether you can respect someones autonomy and also force them to do something.

The people forcing minors to get an education are not claiming that they are also respecting their autonomy. You ARE making that claim with respect to medical treatment.

It's wrong not to respect someone's autonomy. And people absolutely do justify compulsory education on the grounds of autonomy. They point out that compulsory education teaches kids the skills they need for independence later on.

It depends on whether you think children are just small adults.

Also, not all discrimination is bad.

The state is an inefficient behemoth. it doesnt have the flexibility to determine things on a case by case basis. The best it can do is to set reasonable(or perhaps unreasonable) limits. This does not make it discrimination.

Parents also do lots of things that restrict young peoples freedom based on their age. Are you saying that parents can no longer parent and children should be able to do what they want, whenever they want?

If not, then where do you draw the line, and why?

Do children need care, protection, and guidance? Does care, protection and guidance sometimes mean restricting their freedom?

You appear to think that any "inequality", any imbalance, any difference, must be the result of discrimination. This is not the case and just indicates your ideology.

Of course I don't think children are just small adults. But they are human beings. In fact, autonomy is important for any sentient being. Women are likewise not just men with wombs, vaginas, ovaries, etc. The difference do not justify discrimination. Like adults and women, kids are better protected when free. Even if someone is under 18, restricting their freedom takes a toll on their mental health. The restrictions need to be justifed, or not exist.

Adultist laws, attitudes and behaviours have been proven to cause harm. When it comes to alcohol and other drugs, the law shouldn't intervene, so they're no need to do anything on a case-by-case basis. When it comes to sexual things, it should be a case-by-case basis, same as adults.

I think parental rights should be abolished, and replaced with parental responsibility and children's autonomy. The limit I guess, is that a parent has the right to do what they want with their own money, except that parental responsibility requires them spend money to meet their child's needs. This will automatically give them control over their child. They really shouldn't get any more. They're practically their children's owners at this point. This really needs to change.
