I am pre-internet and social media.
All of it is just cheap thrills to me.

if you are stuck within the fishbowl, then you can study ways to free yourself.
by casting off social media
by studying ways to control your mind and thoughts so they do not ruin your life.

one route for us is forming activist defense brigades, online and off
