"Trans woman" is the usual term for biologically male adults who identify as female. It's what they prefer to be called. So you're saying you don't want to call them that because you don't want to call them "women"? Well, that's no excuse to call them "trannies", because it is a slur. How would you feel about gay males being called "faggots" or pedophiles being called "groomers"?

I'm not a science denier. I know that trans women are not biological women, and mustn't be equated with biological women. I'm a moderate trans rights activist. I acknowledge the reality of biological sex, and feel that in any case when it's necessary to discriminate between males and females, that trans women cannot be put in the female category unless they pass, have low testoterone, are sterile, etc. depending on the situation. But I likewise also believe in affirming trans women's gender identities, and recognise the necessity of transition, social and medical in many cases. I believe that all sentient beings should have the right to bodily determination, this implies a trans person's right to medical transition.

I don't believe that transness is innate. I reckon a trans person is made, not born. When someone doesn't confirm to gender norms, or at least thinks they don't, it can make them trans. Unsuprisingly, most trans people are attracted exclusively to their own biological sex, meaning that most transness may be caused by homosexuals wanting to be straight.

Transness is also heavily correlated with autism. This may be because autistic people don't relate to others so well, so they think their gender could be different, or because autism and its traits are sterotypically considered masculine. So maybe biologically female autistics don't feel feminine. I know that's the case with me, though I'm cisgender. But I went through a non-binary phase when I was 18. I also thought I was a boy when I was 3, but this was to defy my mother. Another possible reason for the autism-trans link is because autistic people have special interests. Sometimes, special interests are gender-non-conforming. An autistic biological boy could be obsessed with princesses, for example.

Extreme trans rights activists have accused me of transphobia and TERFdom, because I acknowledge biological sex. They are the science deniers.
