One fine-ass Asian-American boy somewhere between 11-14 maybe playing the music of a Black American genius...

Lynden Wu plays "The Maple Leaf Rag" by Scott Joplin...and he plays it damn near flawlessly.

I've often referred to Joplin as The American Chopin, and his music is achingly beautiful...plus NONE of it is easy...some of it requires a formidable technique. This boy sails through it like he was born to play it.

I always hesitate to use the word prodigy, simply because they ALL were and are...if the reflexes ain't there and locked in by 6, 7, or 8 they ain't never gon' be...


Oh....and SR? You'll just love his shorts....
