You're right. It's due to the the mass disappearance of members with experience with boys. Without experience the boy becomes a concept, an abstraction. When there's nobody left to fill in the blanks, all you have on the page are blanks. Reasoning over empty spaces becomes abstract. Acting upon this "reasoning" is foolish because it no longer has a reliable relationship to reality. As the disappearances continue, we find our are skating on thin ice, and nobody any longer knows how to fashion a pair of ice skates. The result is slapstick imagery of boylovers gliding around on nothing, falling over and hurting themselves (and others), before plunging below the surface never to be seen again.
This is what you're talking about.
It's important to recognize these mass disappearances as a crime against humanity, and reject turning it around as yet another failing of the targets of genocide, to be be characterized as "the usual suspects" who have "no moral dilemma[s]". It is important also recognize that it would be unwise for anyone with experience with boys to speak of it here. We should not turn their caution against them by characterizing their discourse as "a strange abstraction", even if it's true.
What is the Jewish faith under Nazism, what is left of it but "a strange abstraction", a vicious stereotype involving hooked noses, rubbing hands, and small hats? Boylove is becoming like that, not only among the public, who have long harbored negative stereotypes about us. It is becoming true today within the boylove community itself because of the mass disappearances. Boylovers, especially young ones, can no longer track reality, no longer know what works and what doesn't. Under the heavy boot of tyranny, the material reality of boylove has dissolved, its pure spirit escaping into the polluted atmosphere of conspiracy theories before disappearing into the void of empty space beyond the exosphere. All that is left for us to look at are the constellations--the Strange Abstractions--which continue to shine under the waning influence of our spirit.
Ideologically speaking, abstractions were all a boylover ever had until very recently. There was no concept of "boylove liberation" in the 1850s. There was no public boylove discourse. We were always alone, almost completely, except in rare pockets, inside certain books, reserved to those knowledgeable in Latin or Greek. It was, after all, "the love that dare not speak its name". When it "appeared" it did so in the guise of something else: art, the choir, the Boy Scouts, etc. There were scenes, to be sure, but these were never movements. They were not the site of discourse, rather the opposite. What happened in the scene stayed in the scene. And for that reason we lack a coherent history, and every act of history has been in defiance of the norms if omerta that have made those scenes possible. And we know what happens when that rule is broken.
And so we have now returned to a Time of Whispering, but we are not on the way to returning to the Time Before. We are not going to enjoy life as Oscar Wilde did. We are not going to find ourselves reading and writing in Latin and Greek. (Modern education has done away with intellectual defence-in-depth.) Instead, we area headed toward the Time of Absolute Silence.
The totalitarian state seeks to put an end to our existence, full stop. That is why it's a genocide and not a police action. It's methods are new, dependent upon mass and targeted surveillance of every moment of everyone's life, just in case it "saves one child" from the horrors of a pedophile induced orgasm. (This is why living a non-digital life--paying cash and refusing the app--is not just a throw-back to the quaint days before modern conveniences, but is rather a true act of political defiance.)
Under conditions of increasing totalitarianism, where boylove speech has been completely choked off, navigating vast oceans by our constellations will become even more important.
