Telegram, if I am not mistaken, so we have no idea what its motivations are.

It is worth mentioning there are large groups of BLs on Telegram far exceeding the scale of BC, and to many multiples.

It is probably a good idea for BL visibility to colonise less-secure and more-visible media if our behavior there does not represent a weak or incriminating link in our armor.
