Where do you suggest people keep this "other computer" and if not in their
home where else would they keep it? And have access to it at 3AM or on
demand?

And what makes it "CP"? That's just another term for "Child Sexual Abuse
Material". Which is a wide broom for anything you'd care to interpret.
You don't get hit with a warrant for no reason, it's incumbent on you to
prevent suspicion and keep things under the radar and securely stored and
weigh up the risks involved. Otherwise if you are a good visualiser keep
your smut in your imagination.
