Welcome, buddy. I can't say what would work for you, but I can say what works for me. I cope with fantasies. Nobody can take away your right to fantasize. Some others cope by writing fiction and some even managed to get their fiction published. I also cope by studying the matter and writing essays about it on occasion, when something upsets me mighty.

As for AI, you should check the laws of your jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions seem to be cool with that kind of thing, while others are not. I don't like AI art that much; it looks all the same to me. That, or perhaps my tastes are much peculiar.
