Keeping this stuff with today's tech skills of LEO, is asking for trouble. They hacked is computer... probably remotely and cracked his encrypted virtual machine. There's a reason why sensitive things in governments are not connected. Even OBL communicated via thumb drives. Just wondering how good he was at encryption... probably not LEO level. Maybe used the popular app which only adds time to their cracking. They will get it open if given enough time. It reminds me of the story where a MAP had posted pics and his face was swirled thinking it would be enough, LEO simply wrote a program to find the center and amount of spin and spun it backwards to reveal his face. And running a CP platform is suicide. Just watch any number of docs on how they caught The Dread Pirate Roberts of Silk Road... and that's just drugs, not the "most evil of evil" such as showing love to a boy. God forbid. The best advice to stay out of the clink is to have a wild imagination. Go to where boys are and find the cutest one, especially if in shorts and/or shirtless. Then go home and imagine all kinds of things. They can't lock you up for an imagination... at least not yet.
