Any medication that could adversely affect users should quite rightfully come with well-educated gatekeepers (doctors) to stop stupid people from just hurting themselves, as Errant says, to stay on top of the latest fads.. possibly in lifelong irreversible ways.

And there are so many stupid people in the world, even very popular 'influencers' and their throngs of stupid followers.
