It's interesting to see that the ripple effects of TCAP are still alive and well nearly 20 years after its premier. This guy has a unique and smart approach. While not an officer himself, he behaves as a detective would, employing the Reid technique to elicit confessions before letting one of his team members know that he's hungry and it's time to "put in an order for pickles," which is his code phrase that lets them know it's time to call the cops.
