I just tried it again, and got a NEW message:

"This video isn't available anymore"

And I tried a region restriction checker:
https://polsy.org.uk/stuff/ytrestrict.cgi
... with the URL loaded:
https://polsy.org.uk/stuff/ytrestrict.cgi?ytid=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fwatch%3Fv%3D4NbO16AS5o
... and got the message:
"Video does not exist or information is not yet available"

So, if you can still view the vid, I have no idea what is going on...
