...an unmoderated streaming service sort of like Twitch, except targeted to children, who were readily exploited by adults (called "YouNow"). At least for the first few years it was basically unmoderated and they didn't have a system to check for age (supposed to be a minimum of 13) so there were 9 and 10 year olds running their stream for adoring "fans" in their chat claiming to be fellow 10 year olds but I suspect were much older. They finally cracked down some years later, but for awhile it was sort of a wild west of boys saying and doing what they naturally do when they don't think any adults are around.
