Once again I'd like you or anyone of your "esteemed" colleagues to answer if you will this question as to further the study, and complete understanding of how male youthful sexuality is so severely shamed, and punished. If we (as persons) trying to comprehend mental health approach to "rectifying" the abuse of boys being sexually stimulated... the questions is such..... If an 11yo is deemed to have been sexual with a 13yo, why does the mental health and justice community (firstly) allow this, deem it normal, acceptable, and lawful... But.... Should that same senior boy be 14yo, the activity becomes the most horrendous crime? Carrying long, long jail time, sex offender status and life long debilitating consequences. Why is that mental health and justice could never perceive that a sexual relation between the same 11yo, and a 21yo could not be as rewarding, beneficial, and even better for the youth? I'd like if you could, just jot down a paragraph or two on how the rational came to be... and why you would not have a escalating "severity" in crime... why go from 0 to 100? How could a no crime here, go to such severity with literally one day of being older (literally 4 hours) in a technical sense makes no crime... to appalling, and serious assault? Final question... Do you, or any in your faculty really care about the PEOPLE/CRIMINALS (the youth or adults) that go through hell because of your flippant presumptuous opinions? Why doesn't the system (that you and your forensic academic buddies) ever revisit the criminals and victims you create by your policy and procedures... why wasn't my so called victim ever contact with? or myself? Shouldn't the system, (your system, that you're working so hard to be a part of, considering your aspirations of a PhD) Should it not be removing people off registries, criminal status so as they can get on with their lives? Do you even care....? I don't think that it has anything to do with menatl health, science, or professionalism... but I'll let you speak/wright to that. ![]() |
