The Poster Known As. (See the Glossary, part of the BC FAQ, linked below. Mostly either obvious or useless, except for CHSC, which sadly hardly ever gets used.) TPKA can be helpful where context does not make it clear you are referring to a BC poster, or for a poster such as yourself whose nick isn't capitalized. I mostly avoid using TPKA and I often just capitalize nicks (e.g. Halos, Kit, Dog) anyway because it tends to be clearer that way. I have had posters object to their nicks being capitalized though if that is not their own practice. I wanted to link to the post where you made that comment. According to the note I made at the time, it was #1565949. However, when I try to access that post, I get a page that says "Message deleted." The subject line, according to my note, was "and the secularized-religious ones." Any idea why that post would have disappeared? I don't recall what the thread was about and browsing around that date -- March 25 -- didn't help either. hugzu ;-p |
