Isn’t that what you mean by “arbitrary executable files”?

I’m talking about the standards by which data is achieved. If it is at a survey that was conducted under a series of guidelines, the standard is non-existent. Therefore, applying a standard wouldn’t be achievable. And that’s why I don’t hold any standards toward any of this type of research, because it isn’t applied on a wide scale. If it were, then we could apply standards to it.
