Transsexual is all about the feeling of sex... so the answer must lie in the physical response they want to feel?

and you ask this of a 6 -7 year old boy... who doesn't have the right to consent to be pleased sexually in the first place, without it becoming the most serious crime possible.. with the most severest punishments.
