I drink quality loose leaf green tea. I drink it plain or with some sliced lemons. That's only about 40mg of caffeine a cup. I committed to some considerable research before encorporating it into my life because it was to help aid a positive lifestyle change. If that ends up killing me then it can go ahead; I've already quit so many other things that are said to be bad for us. For that, I am serious.
