The camp was in the Cleveland National Forest in Southern California if i remember correctly, It was the YMCA camp that served most of Southern California. Probably late 60's, early 70's. I probably seen a few uncut kids but even uncut a boys pecker would just look like it had extra skin to me back then. But that mans woo hoo was hairy, dark and drawn up. I didn't exactly go up to him and take a good look at it but from my stealthy side glances and distant examinations i decided that it was headless. Yeah, seen lots of naked kids when i was a kid, public pool dressing rooms, school restrooms, other summer camps and the joyous proclivity of getting naked with friends. Not to mention all the streaking that was going on. Hell, half the time, half of my neighbor friends were outside playing in the sprinklers naked. I grew up in the desert, it was hot, and it was a much different world back then. I sure miss it. :)
