For some this place is hard to find, for others they lurk... But make no mistake, there are a lot of us around. I have one of the older Boy Love symbols on my arm, and many guys have recognized it for what it is. Never have I had a negative reaction to it... A female guard at the prison even knew what it meant. I told her no you don't and then she told me what it was and that she was a lesbian who chatted in many chat rooms. I was surprised. And then SVU on several of their shows has published all the boy love symbols. Thanks for the advertisement TV guys... I know it seems like if there were so many BL's in the world the movement, group, faction would be more outspoken. Not to get political, but remember the term "The Silent Majority" it was a reality... People are followers: Understand (1)person may not care one way or the other about someone else's sexual preference. But put that person in the same room with someone who does not like homosexuals and you now have our first person thinking if I don't agree the new person may think I'm gay. And if a third person enters the room who believes as the second person you now have a movement... But you say what if there are two people who like homosexuals and only one who does not, what then? Again in the confines of this room one of the two who agrees will most always start to fear the accusation of 'he may think I'm a homosexual' now that there is a dissenter in the midst. The phrase that was picked for the Boy Chat Logo means what it says... You are not alone... *\|:o)X||| |
