The resources that go into

brutally intervening in any case that has a male youth implicated in sharing intimacies with someone his junior, or senior...

It's absolutely insane "the resources" that go into investigation, interviews, cops (on overtime), lawyers, peter meter tests, court officials, interviews, processing, mental health associates, nurses, counselor(s), psychiatrist and then all the so called therapy... jail system, and the staff that make a living doing that.

"Wrongly allocated" cause it needlessly destroys lives, and truly abuses... not to mention that if you total all the hours, of all the people that are "professionally" employed for just 1 case of erotic discovery, and sexual horseplay.. the costs I'm just going to round it all at $140,000.00 (and that's probably conservative too), that doesn't begin to include the entire life lost, and further economic ripples that come from such opportunistic "experts" and their thuggery/larceny. Like a cancer tumor, that whole drama based protocol consumes, and consumes...

I think as humans, we should stop feeding all the drama seeking students from psychology that depend on false narratives to exploit, and perhaps focus on manufacturing, or hell just give them a pay check to stay home... that would be 100x better then the actual devastation that they are paid to perpetrate.
