Right in that heaven does not exist as a place we go to after we die (that couldn't happen for reasons you point out; as in today I die of complications from COVID and tomorrow I'm saying "hi" in nicely appointed celestial mansions, to my parents, Mr. M, and other beloved friends who died before me).
