I often think to myself the same thing you just wrote. A fairly plain boy can really sparkle if they can grab your emotions as they sing, they can elevate themselves to the sublime hardly even trying.

I play my shit endlessly, and frequently wonder why it is that I'm attracted to one song or another, certain pieces of songs over others.. analysing my own mind over and over.. cheap entertainment of a sort.

YBC videos are not quite the same as them pre-teen K-Pop videos we saw a few days ago but they are both upbeat, have cute boys, etc. The YBC choreography is not so fantastic but then again I don't think I want perfection of that sort, oftentimes imperfections are perfection to me, they're boys not robots.

I guess I am especially attracted to some of the hidden messages in their faces and body language.. the friendliness, the togetherness, the hints of a culture that is foreign to my own little, sometimes ugly, universe. Their videos show the boys coming together to sing, but also snippets of the boys just showing happy faces and having fun with each other. And they're sexy to me, if no-one else. A yeshiva boy is a humble boy.. the marryin' kind I think.
