very "evil", abusive, and so, so complicated....

and sex of course is anything from a hug without a t-shirt on, or back rub, or even a foot massage...

The narrative that demands the hysterics, and law enforcement intervention, along with the mental health and judicial court drama; all these things demand that creepy sex maniacs be made everyday, and as many as possible...

The sex offender is a commodity now, just as society casts net for fish, or pumps oil for energy, or harvest corn for sustenance the "sex maniac" offender... has now also been made a "precious Gem", or metal like gold or platinum.

The pressure, and demand to find (or invent if need be) these people is gargantuan. Really really important, and highly paid people need them in order to keep their business prosperous and booming.

So youthful males are more easily becoming this "creepy sex maniac" that you speak of... the definition is broadening every day, with more experts looking to intervene.

Can society return to sanity? Can government ever pay their debts? Will Universities ever broaden their scope of consideration, or studies?

Will Law Enforcement ever de-arm, de-fund, and let go of drama and hysterics as their life-blood?

The answer to the above questions, and to yours is NO.
