If the young person is simply willing to take part in order to satisfy the desires of the older partner, this in my opinion does not constitute consent.

You're talking about whether it was a right or wrong thing for the adult to do. But as a legal standard that would not be reasonable. Sex without consent is rape. A willing partner who does not "desire" it is not being raped. (Desire it a little? a lot? pretty nebulous.)
