Let me paraphrase and see whether I get what you're saying. If someone wanted to fire someone, not because they were gay or straight, but because they were bisexual, then it is unclear how the Bostock Principle BP would apply, since if it's legit to fire a man for being bisexual, it's legit for firing a woman for the same reason.
