No, it isn´t. Greeks traditionally used to mean specifically boylove under "pederasty", and this remains the standard use.
Love of girls was standard and unremarkable thing needing no term in Greek.

"I don't believe they are pedophiles, I believe they are just rapers. Not even one sane pedophile would support child trafficking.

What do you think about this? I think this is going to give an even worst reputation to the word "pedophilia" because they are not using it in the right context. We have to make clear that child trafficking =/= pedophilia."

What is "trafficking"?
