What we need is a good attorney who can speak very articulately, has an agressive attitude but knows when to pull back, and is not afriad to take on controversial subjects but rather seeks them out. A good example of how this person would operate would start with the quote "glorifying pedophilia" ... Okay, how exactly is he "glorifying" it? What defines "glorifying" and does that definition apply here? If not, they don't have a case. If they can somehow prove that his actions are "glorification" then the next question is WHAT "exactly" is pedophilia? Show us a definition of pedophilia, match it with his words which you must prove in a court of law are "glorifying" your specific definition of pedophilia, amd see if the jury agrees. And go even further and ask what seems like the unthinkable .... "What is wrong with glorifying pedophilia?" That's right, ask that question. That is what needs to be discussed. Society assumes pedophilia is wrong and bad, across the board no questions asked .... but when forced to articulate why and how it is "bad" is where you will see people become incoherent and hysterical. Logic and reason cease to be a factor in the discussion and emotion takes over. That's why it is so difficult to even attempt to discuss the topic. If we had a lawyer like I mentioned, someone like Ben Shapiro, we could at least get our points across to some of the world. We have to have some kind of push-back against the constant demonization we live with. |
