It's OK to say that you disagree, even in front of the mom, but don't try to bring up the topic yourself. Just be polite and use as few words as possible to say that you don't buy into it. If pressed, you can appeal to the fact that there are a lot of different people who believe a lot of different things. That's something that works no matter whether you're a believer or not. But trying to use the Bible itself to form an argument is not a good idea. The Bible says all kinds of stupid shit and people pick and choose the things they want from it, so forming an argument based on your own interpretation of the Bible is just a case of Yanny vs Laurel. Better to sidestep the Bible entirely.

If you're a happy unbeliever, there's more you can say if further pressed, but still, only as briefly as possible. If he asks you if you don't believe in Yahweh and how could the universe exist if Yahweh hadn't created it, you can just tell him it all happens naturally. If he asks what you think will happen when you die, tell him nothing lasts forever. You didn't exist before you were conceived and you won't exist after you're gone, but you'd just like to live a happy life as long as you're still around. It takes a humble person to accept that the universe doesn't revolve around you. You don't need any king or god to tell you that you're "special" or that you have some ultimate "purpose" and you don't need any of that to enjoy the most special things in your own life on your own terms. Don't challenge; reassure.

Your wild card would be to appeal to morality. The Bible is full of several stories in which Yahweh kills countless innocent children, not to mention a Jesus who can't stop talking about how anyone who disagrees with his crazy-eyed rants will burn in hell. But think... What Would Foareyez Do? "Well, if I were in charge, I wouldn't punish anyone who hadn't hurt anyone and I definitely wouldn't have killed any of those kids." Maybe even ask your yf what he would do if he were in charge. Don't tell him what to believe and don't bad-mouth the Bible directly. Just rise above it and show him that he can be better than the religion he's from.
