I have limited knowledge on this topic and some posters might be more insightful. So consider my humble opinion :

If you don't have a problem with your sexuality, then don't talk about it with her, never.

If it's not to talk about it, then why are you going there? If you want to talk about it and be truthful, which is required for any chance of teamwork with your shrink, then, my guess is, your exposing yourself to the risk of letting this intervention slip from it's main purpose (if it had any). Once you told a shrink your a MAP and they have any kinds of signs that you could interact with kids, you will stop being his priority. "Keeping the children safe" become the only real goal of the intervention, your well-being taken into account only to accomplish that goal.

Things can go south very fast after that for you. Dangerous.

If you wanna see a shrink for unrelated reasons (for example : your dog died and you can't cope with it), then go with it and don't tell anything about sex, or love, or young friends.
